About Hannah Taylor-Johnson

Hannah is a Professional Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist in Ottawa. She
specializes in fibre art and its impact on mental health, specifically on its ability to connect
us, and support us during times of hardship.
Hannah runs a private practice focused on encouraging feelings of belonging, gentleness,
and aha moments for women who have always felt a little different. She also works with
the perpetually tired, the highly stressed, and those carrying big griefs through individual,
or in family therapy.
Hannah offers affordable small workshops, education, and group therapy as well. When
she’s not doing this, she’s playing with fibre, tending to her bees, petting cats, and trying to
keep up with two small children
